Law Day at the Mall Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance, Inc., Kern County Law Library and Kern County Bar Association are sponsoring Law Day at the Valley Plaza on April 26, 2011 from 3-7 pm in front of JC Penney. Attorneys will be available for 15 minute appointments to answer questions on a variety of subjects.
